A quick espresso (usually taken in one gulp!) and you're off! Now get to work! It's Monday.
Have a lovely start to your week.

Leslie,
I noticed when we were in Europe that people did that. They would order an Expresso put several sugar cubes in their cup, take a quick gulp and leave. Interesting!
Unlike me, who can sip on a cup for as long as it is hot before leaving.
Kris, rarely can you find coffee-to-go here. On-the-fly, yes...but to-go...not so much. The little espresso demi-tasse is the perfect size for a quick gulp.
(See that little café spoon sticking out of the cup in the photo? I'm quite confident it did it's job of stirring in *several* cubes or packets of sugar! Mais, oui. C'est normal!)
“Leslie landed in the lavender and olives of Provence in 2004...fork in hand...” so began La Fourchette in 2006. Fast-forward to this moment...with survival issues managed (every ex-pat knows what I'm talking about!), I returned to my metier of psychotherapy and La Fourchette took a back seat...but it was a wonderful ride!
