Very pretty pic of the restaurant. I hope you get to go into these places too, to celebrate with friends from your hood. Maybe you do not go in and do not go to the boulangerie and that is why we do not see pics of desserts, or even frommage. Maybe they are not produced in France any more?
Well, as they say, each to their own. Regardless, merry Christmas eve and Merry Christmas to Bodhi AND you. Hope you both get lots of presents!!
It is going to be in the mid 70's here today, but it was in the 40's last night.
Merry Christmas! I've enjoyed so much the festival of lights in Aix that you've shared with us this season. It's fun to see places we remember decked out in holiday finery. I hope the new year brings you good health, happiness and many new adventures.
laura, I'm late to be catching up with all of the sweet comments that have collected over the past few days...yours among them! Merci...I hope you've enjoyed a really lovely visit to my other favorite corner of the world! (and yes, those guardian angels are really something, non?!)
BP, I nip into places here and there...but all things in moderation! France certainly produces the finest desserts and cheeses *evah*...but I'm not a big one for either - love them...but in very small doses...and that works well for me here! Who knows what might happen if I hoovered up the endless supply here!
Emily, And to you, m'dear! I'm so pleased our little festival of lights has been enjoyed through the season. It's been really fun for me to do...and I think of you all every time I shoot lights!
“Leslie landed in the lavender and olives of Provence in 2004...fork in hand...” so began La Fourchette in 2006. Fast-forward to this moment...with survival issues managed (every ex-pat knows what I'm talking about!), I returned to my metier of psychotherapy and La Fourchette took a back seat...but it was a wonderful ride!
